What happens to my questionnaire?

Your questionnaire is returned to the local census field office. Your enumerator and their team leader will check that the questions are complete. They will return all the questionnaires to the General Register Office for Scotland’s processing centre for its statisticians to analyse the facts and figures and present these as anonymised statistics. These ultimately benefit you, and your family, through public services.
